Cancellation Policy

Booking Rules • Clients may cancel or reschedule their own bookings online up to 24 hours before the session start time at no charge. • Bookings made within 3 days of the session are allowed, but must still follow the 24-hour cancellation window. • All sessions require a valid payment method on file at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before a session: No fee will be charged. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of a session, or failure to attend (no-show): You will be charged 100% of the session fee. No Shows If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and fail to notify us, the session will be considered a no-show. The consultation fee is non-refundable and you will be charged 100% of the session fee. Tardiness Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled at the provider’s discretion, without refund. Emergency Exceptions I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency (medical, family, or similar), please reach out to me directly. Exceptions to this policy will be made at my discretion on a case-by-case basis. Why This Policy Exists Your time is valuable, and so is mine. This policy ensures fairness and allows me to honor the time I’ve set aside for your consultation or services.
